1. Services
We provide professional photography services, including but not limited to portraits, events, corporate photography, and other related photography services. Our services are available exclusively to individuals and organizations located in Portland, Oregon, and surrounding areas unless otherwise arranged.
2. Booking & Payment
Booking: All bookings for photography sessions must be confirmed through our online booking system. A deposit may be required to secure your session.
Payment: Payments for services are due in full upon completion of the photoshoot unless otherwise specified. Accepted methods of payment include credit/debit card, and other online payment methods outlined on our website.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations: If you need to cancel your session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 48 hours before your scheduled date. After this period, rescheduling may be subject to additional fees.
4. Rights to Photos
Ownership: We retain full copyright over all images taken during your session. You will be granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the images for personal use only, unless a separate commercial license has been purchased.
Usage: We may use images taken during your session for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and marketing materials, unless you explicitly request otherwise at the time of booking.
5. Privacy & Data Collection
Personal Information: When you book a session or interact with our website, we may collect personal information, including but not limited to your name, contact information, and payment details. This information will only be used to provide services, process payments, and communicate with you.
SMS & Email Notifications: By using our services, you consent to receive SMS and email notifications related to your booking, session reminders, promotions, and other relevant communications. You may opt-out of these notifications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the emails or contacting us directly to opt-out of SMS notifications.
6. Limitations of Liability
We will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or personal injury. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific session in question.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Conduct: You agree to behave respectfully during the photoshoot and abide by all applicable laws and regulations.
Environment: If you have specific location or environmental requirements for the photoshoot, please notify us in advance to ensure we can meet your expectations.
8. Indemnification
